I wish

according to oxford dictionary the meaning of wish is :

wish

verb 1 desire something that cannot or probably will not happen. 2 want to do something. 34 express a hope that (someone) has (happiness, success, etc.). 5 (wish on) hope that (something unpleasant) will happen to. ask (someone) to do something or that (something) be done.

noun 1 a desire or hope. 2 (wishes) an expression of a hope for someone’s happiness, success, or welfare. 3 a thing wished for.

— PHRASES if wishes were horses, beggars would ride proverb if you could achieve your aims simply by wishing for them, life would be very easy. the wish is father to the thought proverb we believe a thing because we wish it to be true.

So "I wish sth" is happen in your brain, you only think of it and you HOPE it will happen.
Think your past year, anything u wish is happened ? When u wish something to happen, what the momentum for you to MAKE IT HAPPEN ?

Do things right OR do Right Things

What the difference between Do things right and Do Right things:

Do things right is you do the things in right steps, right methods.....
When u get a task, your first question to ask is "How to do that... "

Do Right things is ... you have a lot of things wishing to do, but not all are in right timing, right place, for right people. After your self-questioning, u choose the RIGHT things to do.
When u get a task, your first question to ask is "Why need to do that... "

Do things right.. Can be Do a thing in right procedure, but that thing could be a wrong thing to DO.

What's i learn

Everyday we should learn something new, but we seldom to review what happened.

when we focus what step u did, what strategy you applied, u should find some new things. Let write it down in 10 words, it is good quote for u to remind what u did.

You can do that during ur shower, when u going home, waiting food.... just as short as 3 mins to review ur daily and write down what u learn.

What's Next ?

What's Next ? i always like to say this word to me or to my surrounding.
It intend to me to think what my next step, is it keep in right track of my Goal, or a new GOAL ..?

It also motivate me to take action, NExT, can be a small step, just little change, at least it have improvement or development.

If i have the faith to coach a person, i believe that i can take my hands off that individual life and God will step in and do something incredible.

What is coaching- Part II

focus on future potential

"How much time would feel like enough?"

"What was different xxxxx ?"

"How does xxxxx affect your yyyy? "

"So, what's bothering you the most?"

The coach is leveraging the client's discernment to identify and solve the problem.

Ask, don't tell.

A solution developed by the client is much more likely to fit the client's capabilities, needs and circumstances than one developed by the coach.

As a coach, your job is to create an environment for free exploration.

"What else could you do?"

"Can you think of any other options?"

"On a scale of one to ten, how likely is it?"

"What's most important for you between xxx and yyy ?"

You are not responsible for the client's outcome.

The client set the agenda.

Your own insight is much more powerful than my advise.

"Sounds like a great solution. So is that a step you are going to take?"

"Sounds like you really made some progress!"

Coaching is a support structure for change.

Coaching is about focusing forward, not about fixing the past.

Coach pushes the client to set goals and take action to solve the problem on her own, focusing on creating a better future.

Don't set any goals you aren't going to meet

Being motivated to make a change is more important than knowing what change to make.
