Not enough time
Are you always said "not enough time" ? Every day you feel difficult to get up coz every night you sleep late?
So how do you spent your time on. Think about it! What would you do if you have an extra hour?
facebook? TV? chat with friends? online game?
Sometimes, people alway like to moan not enough time to spend, they want one day have 48 hours!!!
Then they can do more on what they want. silly?
Why "not enough time" ?
May be they have a long todo list which they can't finish it. so should he pick the high priority tasks and then delegate to others?
If something is repeat regularly, would you think any alternative ways to eliminate it?
I don't know what I want to do, that why I feel not enough time, I don't want to waste my time.
Keep quiet and hear ur internal voice what you want to do, your life should have purpose. Take a break, leave TV , computer and mobile. And then write it down what you want to do.
Every day is 24 hours, no one can have more than 24 hours a day. You should enjoy the present moment and plan your future.
Not enough time is for someone who don't know how to manage himself/herself.

Your past affect your present?
Somehow, when people get stuck, their excuse maybe "my past experience told me i will fail again".
You can choose to CHANGE, to enjoy the present and look forward to the future. History only repeats itself when no one listen and learn. So, make sure you listen and learn about it.
Remember: doing the same thing again and expecting a different outcome -- it's Crazy!
I suggest you read this book "The Present".

You will fail or You will success
Got some insights from a book about 10 reasons why you fail to achieve your GOAL.
1. You give up too quickly
well, be patient! your goal just in-front of you. Enjoy your present and look forward to your future.
2. You're not prepared to work hard
Is it what you want? if you 101% sure, be prepared to work hard to get what you want!
3. You haven't got a clear picture of what you want
Spend some time at the beginning to think clearly what you want. Use mind map to help u draw the picture.
4. You set an unrealistic time goal
Set a proper GOAL, SMART is the golden rule! (Specific; Measurable; Achievable; Realistic; Time)
5. You have no clear strategy
You could easily figure out the strategy once you carry out the SWOT analysis! (Strength; Weakness; Opportunities; Threats).
6. You lack commitment to do your very best
You need to take responsibility of your life.
7. You let mistakes set you back
Learn from mistake & let go.
8. You focus on the end result, rather than enjoying the effort it take to get there.
Enjoy every little moment. Life is a combination of many tiny little moments, significant or insignificant.
9. You have no support system
Share with someone you trust and willing to listen to you
10. You expect to fail
Silly? if you fear to do something, your first believe is .... you will fail

Expecting Something To Happen
How often would you expect somebody to do something for you? Do you always expect your team-mates to do the same as what you did? When you feel lonely, would you expect your partner to give you a hug?
Stop your expectation! How could anyone know your expectation if you don't tell them?! Bear in mind that everyone has his/her own perception towards different things, and please don't expect others to think in exactly your way.
If you are expecting what you want right now, why not just ask instead of keeping the expectation in mind and waiting for someone to respond to your expectation? Think about it.
- You've the right to ask for what you want BUT be prepared for a "no".
- A "yes" response will only happen under a sincere and well manner
- Show your appreciation when people say "yes".
- Remember no one can read your mind, so don't assume.
When I wrote this post, I was thinking if I have made the same mistake or how it could be applied to me? When I started this coaching blog, I expected my readers would give me comments. Then I realized I should "ask" rather than "expect". So here it is. I have added "please give me some comments to stimulate my thinking". And it's your turn now. With the sincere and well ask, I am waiting for your response!

Think about it
Ya, think about it - i always say this when somebody doesn't follow in the meeting or jump to the conclusion of infeasibility too quickly.
People seem to have tendency not to think thoroughly if they come across something new or unfamiliar.
To me, "think about it" implies the undergoing of a thorough thinking process rather than recalling your memory or judging by your perception. So next time think deeply before jumping to conclusion and you may discover some new insights!

50 Positive Words - Part 2
Finally, I finished those 50 positive words that i would feel "Positive".
It's so easy for me to come up with the first 30 words in mind but becoming more difficult to continue. Then I reviewed the 30 words again and tried to think in another perspective. At the same time my wife also started writing the rest 20 words based on what I haven't written down. You know, it's always good to have partner to share thinkings and work things out!
Here I have, coming up with the 10 most effective positive words amongst the 50 words for myself.
Jesus, Wendy, Love, Thinking, Energetic, Passion, Blessing, joyful, Goal, Smile.

50 Positive Words
Things haven't been running smoothly recently. A bit stressful, a bit lost, a bit down... but how I could overcome these?! Fortunately I didn't let my negative feelings overwhelm me. Instead, I tried to sort out how I could shift my focus to the positive side. Then I came up with 50 positive words. Why 50?! Because I believe the more positive words in my mind, the more solutions I have figured out, meaning that the higher chance to win in the down situation!!
"Jesus.. Bible.. Sunshine.. Coke.. Wendy (my wife).. Basketball.. Exercise....."
How about you?? Do any positive words pop up in your mind? If yes, why don't you also write them down immediately. It would surely help you to overcome the difficult times.

Are you irreplaceable?
I am reading "The Rule of Management" Rule 68 - Be Flexible and Ready to move on.
If you are irreplaceable, that mean your are important to stick on your existing work, which also mean you doesn't have room to improve or learn some new things.

Also i will do some exercise to warm up myself which will help me feel full of energy at beginning.
